Absolutely, male clients are very welcome. Our group serves a diverse range of clients regardless of gender. Please feel free to visit us.
Q4) Can couples come together?
Yes, of course. For couples, you’ll each have a separate private room with your own therapist. We recommend making a reservation in advance, as walk-ins might experience a wait.
Q5) Can multiple people come together?
Yes, of course. We have a total of four rooms, so up to four people can receive massages simultaneously. We recommend making a reservation in advance, as walk-ins might experience a wait.
Q6) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Q7) Do you offer services in Chinese?
Unfortunately, no. All our therapists are Japanese, so we can only assist clients in English or Japanese.
Q8) Is there conversation during the massage?
Based on your preference, you can either have a conversation or enjoy your massage in silence. Please let our reception staff know your preference.
Q9) Can I extend my session?
Yes, extensions are possible. However, if there’s a subsequent booking, we may not be able to accommodate an extension. Please ask your therapist.
Q10) What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you’re running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We may be able to delay your start time if there are no subsequent client appointments.

The first-time discount can only be used once per person.

Absolutely not. Tsubaki is a legitimate massage salon.
